 "I had been trying to sell my condo in the Traverse City area since 2011. With a slumping market, it was hard to do. I had a prior realtor before Marilyn and maybe had 2-3 showings over the course of a year. 

I hired Marilyn on, and she set about right away in getting the word out across multiple venues and I started getting more and more showings. Even though it was not selling, Marilyn had great ideas to keep the sale in the forefront and to keep me motivated on selling it. I had a showing in January and got an offer the next day and within 48 hours we had an agreement.

This is a smaller condo and I am sure Marilyn has other higher priced properties for sale, but she treated me as if I was selling a mansion and went well above and beyond what is expected. I was in a situation where I had tenants in the condo while it was being sold, and Marilyn even helped me to find new tenants when some were leaving at the end of the lease (she did not have to do that at all) which was of great help and comfort to me. 

She always followed up when I had a question or concern and took great care of all the details and kept me updated/informed about every step along the way.
